three good things
Three good things on a plate: Caprese crostini, broccoli rabe and roasted chicken from Forage
We're recovering from the cold that would never die over here in the Hughes household, in case you're wondering why I've been so quiet. After one more weekend of rest and relaxation, I am convinced that we will all feel aces once again. In the meantime, here are three good things cheering me up in the past couple of weeks:
1. I shared some business tips about naming your business over at Rena Tom's blog. While writing the post, I realized that I know way more than I realized I do. Don't you love it when that happens?
2. Christine Mason Miller posted a 60-second interview with me to promote her forthcoming book, Desire to Inspire: Using Creative Passion to Transform the World. I am so honored to be a contributor to the book alongside so many wildly creative and inspiring ladies. Stay tuned for a special giveaway next week!
3. Michelle Maisto, author of The Gastronomy of Marriage and a dear friend, suggested you make my fluffy pancakes for breakfast this weekend. I might make some this weekend, myself, but this time in the shape of x-wing fighters.

Really good things! I wanna take a bite of that roasted chicken. It looks so delicious!
I'm starting to crave for that tomato pizza and the veggies!
